Creation Conference
Did God really create the way that He said that He did? Doesn’t the evidence support evolution? Come find out!This generation faces the greatest challenge to their faith of any generation before it. Never before has there been as much open hostility towards Christianity in this country. The attack on our faith is coming from all fronts! At the center of this hostility lies the CREATION / EVOLUTION debate. Secular education, the entertainment industry, and culture in general have joined forces to launch an attack aimed at doing away with Christianity and its belief in CREATIONISM once and for all. We have been seeing the devastating effects for some time now. Statistically, as high as 70% of Christian students who enter secular universities abandon their faith prior to graduation. Surveys of Middle School and High School students have shown us that seeds of doubts have been firmly planted in their minds and are carefully “watered” until graduation in almost every department (Science, History, English, etc…). If we as Christians sit by and do nothing, we run the risk of losing the next generation all together.
The Creation Conference is designed to give your church or group the tools it needs to withstand the attacks and engage in the biblical task of demolishing arguments and any idea that raises itself against the knowledge of God. Our experience has been that students are often surprised when they hear good, solid, rational arguments in response to the doubts that they have.

A Universe from Nothing
A universe from nothing is the latest craze to come at us from academia. Both Lawrence Krauss and Stephen Hawking have written books that claim to explain how the universe came from nothing. Does the evidence support such a view? Of course not! This talk engages with the arguments presented by these scientists and methodically breaks them down to show that their theory is logically and scientifically untenable. Furthermore, the idea that quantum physics somehow ‘proves’ that something can come from nothing is shown to be a fallacious claim. As Christians we need to be prepared to respond to these types of attacks on the Bible and our faith (1 Peter 3:15). This talk gives you some tools to do so!
Answering Skeptics… Richard Dawkins
Richard Dawkins is one of the most antagonistic of the “new atheists”. In this talk Carl takes a video that Dr. Dawkins made where he ambushed then President of Concerned Women for America, Wendy Wright, and addresses the questions that he raised. Christians need to be aware that if Richard Dawkins is using an argument, hundreds of those that follow his every move will use it. Using secular sources Carl will show that the claims that he makes are not that difficult to give an answer to. The problem is not in the evidence, the problem is in the interpretation of the evidence.
Becoming Bold
The church is losing its next generation at an alarming rate. Anywhere from 50 to 88 percent of the young people raised in Bible-believing Christian homes walk away from the church after age 18. In this talk, Carl examines the causes of this huge exodus, but then shows that by starting with the Bible, solutions can be offered to this massive problem in the church. Teaching just Bible stories to our children isn’t working; young people in our churches need to know how to stand uncompromisingly on the authority and accuracy of the Bible so that they can answer the skeptical questions of the age.
Diving Deeper: Genesis 1:1
There probably is no greater depth in any other verse in all of the Bible! A careful analysis of Genesis 1:1 reveals a great deal about God. This talk shows that there are over a dozen attributes of God revealed it the first verse of the Bible. Further, there are at least seven well known worldviews/philosophies that are proven to be false by the very first verse in the Bible. Fossils: Friend or Foe?
This entertaining talk will challenge the belief that the fossil record supports the teaching of millions of years. A proper understanding of what the ‘evidence’ shows in the fossil record is vital to having Biblical answers in today’s world. Many believe that Modern Science is irreconcilable with the book of Genesis. This is absolutely false. This talk applies the scientific method and highlights 10 scientific predictions that come straight out of the biblical text in Genesis. Each of the predictions has come true and is scientifically verifiable. Furthermore, each prediction is a “nail in the coffin” of Darwinian macro-evolution. We can be confident that God’s Word will ALWAYS prevail.
